I just had COIT in to redo the duct cleaning after another company let me down. Todd did a great job with their new system of cleaning duct work and the blower/fan of the HVAC. No more sticking things into your ducts and risking a puncture like the other company. COIT was also the low cost bidder and if I need them again, I will definitely be calling them for my HVAC ducts and intake cleaning. After being stuck in the house due to COVID-19, we really needed to clean our carpet. We requested a quote a tech came over friendly, on time, gave us a quote. We did not spend a penny over the quote given. The techs that came out were friendly fast and efficient. We will use COIT again. Great service and good value:).

This is for the Helena location. I was promised 8:00am to 9:00am on Saturday. Todd the tech showed up at 8:30am. He was courteous and answered all my questions in a professional manner. This is our second time getting our dryer vents cleaned by COIT and it won't be the last.

We are so thankful to Max Frimu, who so kindly helped us when a toilet leak led to the entire house having to be emptied. We were completely stressed out, and Max made everything easy for us, with a great attitude. We also cannot say enough great things about Natalia and Oleg, who worked so hard to help us, were careful with our things and respectful of our personal preferences, and most of all were so nice to my very stressed and frustrated mother. I just had my carpets cleaned by Coit and I have to say that out of all the carpet cleaning companies I have used during the past 25 years, COIT is by far the best. I am giving most of the credit to their employee RAY HIGUERA who was extremely pleasant and professional. He worked very hard to get pet stains out of my carpet and was always positive and helpful. I recommend requesting RAY anytime you make an appointment with Coit.

We have been using Coit Carpet Cleaning every six months since 2004 with new carpet having been installed in 2003. Had our carpets cleaned today by Phil and he is just the best; so very thorough and professional. Don't think our carpets would look as good as they do after all of these years without the care from Coit. And, we have one big dog and two cats! Christina M

I had a flood in my house in Sacramento, and my insurance assigned COIT, I received a call from Max and he explained the procedure and answered all my questions, then I would like to thank the technician Oleg he was professional and hard working person. About 2 years ago I had a water damage and the company that I hired was a mistake, they left me with a disaster to clean up my self. Thank you COIT and restoration team for prompt response and quality work.
