I had my tile and grout cleaned 2 days ago. This included two bathroom floors, entryway, kitchen floors, and kitchen counters. The tech was early - he called to let me know he would be early. He explained the process, gave me an estimate, and did a demo on some tile in the kitchen to show me what it would look like. During and immediately after the cleaning and sealing, it was hard to tell what the outcome would be because it was wet. I was nervous. I had Coit Carpet Cleaning done today. I really liked my guy, Phil. He was so nice and so intent on doing a good job for me. He did a great job and I recommend him highly. Before he even began, he explained to me just what I could expect, as my carpet had not been cleaned in 13 years. I also was quoted my price before he started the job. While it's still a little bit wet, it's looking good! Nice to have someone that is honest and has pride in his work.

We needed our carpets cleaned at my daughters rental house in Davis for her second year in college. Not only did Todd Giesser and Eric Rojas do an amazing job of cleaning the carpets they were very professional and friendly. Todd was so through he checked the dryer vent and found it clogged from the dryer to the roof. I am sure he prevented a fire and the price for the cleaning was minimal. When you call them I would definitely recommend Todd and Eric!

Duct cleaning Friday May 6, in 95831. This was my third duct cleaning experience, and second in Sacramento. I wanted clean ducts. I got them. The technician knew how to do his job, arrived promptly, didn't try to sell me additional products or play games with the price. Without knowledge of a second quote I'd gotten earlier in the week, COIT came in at hundreds less than brand x. Our carpet is 28 years old and had never been cleaned. We don't wear our shoes in the house and always wear socks. But it is 28 years old and the burber carpet fiber was laying down. Cost came in and shampooed the carpet. The next day after the carpet was dry. The color was vibrant and the fiber was standing up again. It looked fabulous!!!! The crew was also fantastic....very nice. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend hiring this company.

coit ran into a spotting problem with our well-worn carpet. they came back twice..until they found the solution and got the carpet looking as good as the day it was installed.. Kirt and his Sacto grew are excellent!!

Sometimes it pays to speak up. Initially I was disappointed! My carpet was still wet when I posted a negative review. Maybe the tech was having a bad day, but I wasn't happy with the work. Not a bad guy, but areas were missed and I was very unhappy with some of the comments made and I felt uncomfortable. It wasn't the quality experience I was expecting after hearing such good things about the job they do. In hindsight I wish I'd felt more comfortable speaking up right away. We had a pair of white upholstered chairs that had been seriously stained black on the lower back side due a small dog repeatedly rubbing against the fabric. Never noticed the marks until we pulled the chairs out and were heartsick, thinking it was too late to save them, they were that bad. Called COIT and as of today we have our WHITE chairs back.
