I just had my carpets cleaned by Coit and I have to say that out of all the carpet cleaning companies I have used during the past 25 years, COIT is by far the best. I am giving most of the credit to their employee RAY HIGUERA who was extremely pleasant and professional. He worked very hard to get pet stains out of my carpet and was always positive and helpful. I recommend requesting RAY anytime you make an appointment with Coit.

We have been using Coit Carpet Cleaning every six months since 2004 with new carpet having been installed in 2003. Had our carpets cleaned today by Phil and he is just the best; so very thorough and professional. Don't think our carpets would look as good as they do after all of these years without the care from Coit. And, we have one big dog and two cats! Christina M
I had a flood in my house in Sacramento, and my insurance assigned COIT, I received a call from Max and he explained the procedure and answered all my questions, then I would like to thank the technician Oleg he was professional and hard working person. About 2 years ago I had a water damage and the company that I hired was a mistake, they left me with a disaster to clean up my self. I scheduled Coit of Sacramento with the anticipation that they would clean my sectional sofa, free standing New Zealand wool rug and built in carpet on the second floor and one additional free standing rug which lay over the carpet. The technician told me it was not good for the New Zealand rug to be cleaned in place because the underlying wood floor could be damaged. Omar Padilla, Cleaning Specialist with Coit Services did an excellent job in cleaning and resealing the grout on our kitchen floor today. He was professional and friendly and offered suggestions for long term floor care. We would welcome Omar's return to our home.
After having a terrible experience with Coit with the people over the phone and rescheduling to find a antique white color seal for my tile floor and grout Omar came out today and said I'm very sorry but the antique white is no longer available after coit called and said it was available so he tells me we don't have that color available but I will do the best possible job and make your grout lines white again without color seal and so I said fine let's give it a shot and when he was done I noticed I never needed color seal a... read more
