I was quoted a price Of $150 over the phone to clean two small rooms and a rocking chair. Unfortunately when COIT came to my home the estaminet given had doubled to do the cleaning. I should've had COIT physically come to my residence and give a written estimate before cleaning. When I contacted the company they were unresponsive in regards to helping me Negotiate on the price of service. I've never had this problem with other carpet cleaning companies.

Outrageous price increase. Less than 5 years ago we had cleaning done for under $700 by this company. Same exact job was quoted this week by same company over $3700.

Not good business practices! I called and was quoted 429 dollars to polish and seal my granite counter tops. We made appt for Saturday and my wife removed all items in areas to be cleaned and I also include tiles in walk area of kitchen And tech tells me 1200 plus dollars, and 3 to 4 hours to complete. I should have checked with Yelp before hiring this company. The salesperson came out to give me an estimate for cleaning my ducts and hard wood floors. $865 just for the ducts. He explained the procedure to me. Said it would take 3-5 hours. to clean the ducts and I agreed. The technicians came. It took them about 2.5 hours and they did nothing like was explained to me by the salesperson. I called the company and said I felt COIT charged far more money than the job required. My home is 46 years old. I have never had the ducts cleaned. I was noticing that my house seemed to be dusty 2 days after the housekeeper cleaned. I had duct cleaning done on December 1, 2020. I assumed the house would be less dusty, silly me. It is not. It's winter and I do not have open windows. I feel it was $515 totally wasted.

We wanted to get a deeper cleaning of our carpets so we called COIT. The technician who came out was friendly but seemed to be under duress from a hectic COVID impacted schedule. Some rooms got cleaned pretty well, but others not so much. He also bumped into the fireplace hearth and chipped it without telling us. And here comes the reason for a one start review. I would give zero if possible. They screwed up my first appointment, tried to reschedule for 3 days out, I had already moved all my furniture! They were finally able to come out the next day after I phoned them 5 times. Kept being put on hold, told someone would call back. They never did. Guy cleaned the floors, didn't do the best job.
