Air ducts were cleaned professionally by two technicians, one by the name of Todd. I was amazed by all the steps that were taken to insure my inside air was cleaner and healthier. All the wall vents were hand cleaned! The quality of this service was A-1 Best of all, was the discounted price! Thank you Coit

The work was done well. Both techs did their jobs well and were courteous. My only complaint is they're trying to upsell. Not a fan of that.

So happy I contacted Coit! Lani with Coit came out to give me an estimate to clean our surgery room floor and carpets through out our surgery center. She was a delight! The quote was very reasonable and the work was done within the week. I was very impressed by Charles, he was so nice and he did a fantastic job. Thanks to all!

We have 4500 sq ft office building with tenants. We had Coit clean the tile and grout in the bathrooms, HVAC air vents and carpet. In the offices and hallways. They were very professional. Lani came out to give me a quote the same day and it was so affordable. The work was scheduled the next Saturday. The guys doing the work were awesome The place is sparkling! Excellent attention to detail!

I had my bedroom carpets cleaned recently. Luis did an amazing job. Friendly, professional. I thought I would have to replace carpets but the stains are gone. I have used Coit in the past and will call them again for any further needs.

Worked with Darren and Wilson. They were AMAZING. I had observed insulation and dust blowing through my vents, so I scheduled COIT to clean. They came out, inspected the vents, and helped me identify next steps on how to fix with my installation company. Charged me nothing! But, offered to keep same pricing for next 90 days if my installation company was not able to clean out the vents after repair. I was SO THANKFUL! Will 100% request these two techs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had Coit clean our couch, 2 recliners and the master bedroom carpet. Their Technician Ryan Del Valle did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned beautifully and efficiently. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and never had results like this. I am so pleased, I'll definitely use them again in the future. I hope all of the technicians do this good a job, it makes me want to name call him for the next job.
