TERRIBLE SERVICE! I waited all day for them to show up and they never did. I deliberately cancelled all other appointments to ensure I was home, I never even left the house and remained no more than 5 feet from the front door to make sure I wouldn't miss them when they came. They never showed up. When I called COIT to find out what happened they told me they came and I wasn't home. HOW?! It's kind of unbelievable how incompetent this company is. We had to schedule our appointment 5 separate times to get a dryer vent cleaned. FIVE TIMES! First they showed with no ladder, then they cancelled, then they came back with the wrong ladder, then the ladder they had wasn't tall enough. Finally, they cancelled because they had no technicians that day of my appointment. Save yourself the aggravation and call A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE PROPER EQUIPMENT. Totally unprofessional and will waste your time with games.

I haven't even booked an appointment to clean my carpet yet and already I am having a hard time with this company. I called and scheduled an appointment just for estimate. I called at 1 and the appointment was set for 3:00. 3:00 came and went and nothing. Nobody showed. I called at 3:20 and I was told a technician would be calling within a couple of minutes. 40 minutes later and no call. Once again I call and a manager is supposed to call me at 4:00. I never got the chance to find out if COIT was worth anything since the team that was supposed to handle the free estimates were no-shows. Not a great way to get a start COIT. If you can't handle being dependable doing that little, why would I trust you doing anything else. Avoid them!

COIT was 3.5 hours late, technician told me he was irritated and had no record of the inspection / proposal that COIT had performed a week earlier. He said it would take 4-5 hours, same time the previous rep had told me during the proposal meeting. Because of the late start it was already around 530pm when he began, he complained he would be working till 10 at least. I felt bad, but I had movers coming 2 days later and needed the job done, the company should have given him more support. Anyhow, I got a call only 2 hours ... read more

After speaking to the COIT reps several times they were scheduled to clean a couch and 2 loveseats and 6 dining room chair cushions. They promised a portable cleaning machine because our white carpet had just been installed and our white walls newly painted. The tech that came out was polite and friendly and honest. First he told me the portable machine was dirty and would dirty our carpet and that the hose on the standard unit would mark up our walls. Not great at all, but certainly not the worst. They will not give you any quote over the phone. They insist on coming to your home, as they quote on the area to be done, not on square footage. I contacted them about cleaning my tile and grout on my bathroom floor, bath and shower surround, and kitchen counters. The technician showed up on time. Although the bathroom floor looks so much better, he missed spots in the shower, especially the corners. I had to go back after him and clean it myself. I saw no difference on... read more

Update Review., I received a bill from this company regarding "the none rendered service." The bill was for More than Twice the original estimate. (oddly, the bill included a Service fee!) I received the bill on 7/13/2021. On the same day, I called the number on the bill and a person name Johanna answered. She told me, that I had reached a call center and the office would give me a call back. I asked the name of the person that I should expect the call from...she said William. We scheduled air duct and dryer vent cleaning with coit. The cleaning crew unplugged the sump pump to plug their equipment in and left it unplugged. The water from the shower and sink leaked into the basement floor, an inch deep covering 60-80 feet. They are disputing the situation endlessly, they want proof we don't have plumbing problems.
