Do I have to give a star? Should have come to Yelp first. As other reviewers have mentioned, I setup an appointment a couple weeks ago for today. We cancelled our housekeepers, moved furniture around in the house and arranged our work schedules to ensure we would be at home timely during the window we COIT gave us from 3-5pm today. This review is on COIT's business practices not on cleaning services. I called COIT to request a firm price for sofa cleaning COIT has cleaned my sofa in the past. I told scheduler that I didn't want an estimate but wanted firm price. Scheduler found my records in their system and told me what she said was a firm price. It was too expensive so I declined to set an appointment. Scheduler said she would decrease price by $50 if I would schedule so I did. Absolutely unprofessional!!!! I would give you zero stars if I could. I scheduled my carpet cleaning appt way in advance. We moved all of the furniture out of the room and made other preparations prior to the Coit technician arriving. We were planning to host a party that weekend. The technician arrives and enters our home. I show him to the room where the room is to be cleaned. He turns to me and says, "I will not be able to clean the carpet today as my truck has broken down." REALLY?????? He could not call me in advance ... read more

This review is not about their services which are very good but about their booking services. I arranged an appointment 2 weeks ago and confirmed the time yet no one showed up. I arranged for a new time the next day and again no one showed up. I was in communication with them by phone and again no one showed up. They did this to me also last year. Go ahead and book with them if you have no life and can wait around for days.

Sofa cleaning was average; carpet cleaning was decent. The main issue is that the job price upon arrival was almost double the quote given over the phone. Frustrating and will not use again.

NO NO NO. I used them a year ago and they did a great job - although they were way overpriced. They came out recently to clean a few spots on my Moroccan rug and the ENTIRE RUG IS A STICKY MATTED MESS - worse than how they found it and in addition they charged 280. Waiting to see if coit will hold up their end with guaranteeing their work.

We had Coit come and clean our carpets before the holidays. We have always used them in the past on a yearly basis. I was very disappointed this time. They did not get the dirty areas clean and didn't let me know they were unable to. I didn't notice one room until weeks later because it is a spare room. I wrote a complaint on their website and no one even contacted me to discuss the problem. I wont be using them again. I could have done a better job myself. They are over priced! I had only one couch to be cleaned that didn't have any cushions or pillows on it as I washed the coverings for those myself. I only needed the frame cleaned. They quoted $230 which was higher than I expected but I went ahead anyway. However after it was finished the technician said by the way there will be a $25 service charge. WTH?! I had coit come out and clean commercial carpeting, over charged and price Gouged. The service was inconsistent as the tech was cleaning with multiple strokes to start but finished with 1 stroke to complete the job faster leaving the carpet saturated and unable to dry. Took multiple calls just to schedule, I would look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning needs
