Mervis and Monica Park made our engagement shopping process so much more enjoyable than such a large purchase would normally be! Amazing service, amazing selection, amazing staff (Becky Hubbard is the best!)!! If I could give Mervis more than 5 stars I would do that! I admit that I have extremely high expectations and my engagement ring had to be perfect. My sincerest gratitude goes to Becky Hubbard who was amazing throughout this whole process! This review is based on a number of factors in which i felt my sales woman Deva, and Mervis Diamonds exceeded my expectation in my purchase of an engagement ring. My wife and I have made multiple purchases from Mervis (engagement ring and both wedding bands). From the first time we stepped foot in the store our sales person, Tina, taught us what to look for when shopping for diamonds and quickly earned our trust. We were fairly treated and got a great deal. Shopping in their stores feels like a family experience with the Mervis's consistently around. We will definitely return to Mervis for all our future purchases!

I bought my fiancee's engagement ring at Mervis last year and have no regrets. While it's cheaper to buy one at a chain store, for an important ring such as an engagement one, I highly recommend an independent diamond importer, such as Mervis. Their customer service is excellent and they give you all the information you need when deciding a purchase.
