My fiance to be was extremely specific about what she wanted and I was so nervous to make sure we got her the right ring. We came in this past weekend to look at engagement rings with an appointment. Mervis was the first place we have visited, so we had a lot to learn about the whole experience. Went to Metvis about 15 years ago and had a great experience so when my wife recently lost her rings we went back. We worked with Brenda and had another great experience and got exactly what we wanted. Brenda spent a lot of time showing us several beautiful diamonds and answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!
Mika was simply amazing. She patiently led me through all of the steps of selecting a diamond and finding the perfect setting. Along the way, she explained all of the different specifications and listened closely when I told her what I was looking for. If I could give Mika Rockett and Mervis Diamond Importers more than 5 stars I would! I worked with Mika and she was fantastic. She was extremely helpful through out the process and very conscious of my budget and did not try to "sell" me on a ring or diamond. Ronnie Mervis himself came in during my consultation and sat with me. He offered advice and made sure I was taken care of. No other jewelry store came close the level of customer service that Mervis provided. First class experiece!
Mervis and Monica Park made our engagement shopping process so much more enjoyable than such a large purchase would normally be! This review is based on a number of factors in which i felt my sales woman Deva, and Mervis Diamonds exceeded my expectation in my purchase of an engagement ring.
