I typically have a fantastic experience here. But this time was supposed to be simple and needed up a disaster.

Worst dealership ever. It’s been 5 months since I bought my pathfinder and I still don’t have license plates. Horrible customer service after you drive away. They don’t answer phone calls and they don’t return messages. You have to physically go to the dealership to try and get anything done and apparently that still doesn’t work. They act helpful in person but that’s it. Once you leave you won’t hear from that person again. I didn’t get my car which booked $500 and also you take $15 for service charge but I did’t car I booked, please explain why they take booking charges and service fee but they didn’t hold that car.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE LIARS ---- I contacted this dealership to try to buy a car. I live 6 hours away and was going to fly in to pick it up. The internet price was $18K they tried to add an additional $5k up to a total of $23K. I explained that I didn't need their add on's that I don't live close but they would not sell it to me without the hidden fees and would not honer the internet price that they had listed on their website or on Cars.com

The service advisor was rude and cute me off would no listen to me ! Do not plan on returning after be a customer for 2 years

We brought our 2021 versa in for service maintenance and we waited in the bay for 10-15 minutes for our service advisor. We met with our service advisor and was told that it would take two and half hours to three hours for the maintenance to be completed. The communication from the service advisor was minimal and stayed at the dealership for six hours before the service maintenance was completed and the car was ready.

Not fully satisfied cos my car settings was not updated after it was changed oil and change filter and tire rotation. I went there after a few wks after it was done because on screen of my car it showed a warning sign that I need to settle all those things. So I bring it back and finally one of the staff reset it again.

It was quick and easy but I received an email the next day for an oil change for $20 less than what I paid. That didn’t make me too happy.
