Terrible experience, unorganized, mileage incorrect,never able to reach anyone. Credit Union had the same problem.

Bad service, in service department, they could not find my warranty and did not care about it. employees don’t care for their customers, hope I can go to trophy Nissan in mesquite. I requested a copy of my warranty and still haven’t get it.

Paid $119+ for a “diagnosis” and be lied to. Offered us to pay $570+ for further diagnosis, and $1,800 for a bandaid fix. Laughable. Scammed me out of $119. Will never buy another Nissan for this reason.

People sitting near finance is very rude was not helping for any question on dealer warranty. I asked to cancel dealer warranty in October 2024 but it got cancelled in August 2025.

🚨PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE🚨 The finance department added on extra care packages without my knowledge or consent. They also changed my interest rate after I signed the contract and forged my signature, submitting a higher rate on a forged document to the bank. I've been a client of Courtesy Nissan for many years, in it is the first time that I'm very disappointed, the service was incomplete, did not rotate the tires, the washing of the car was bad, the dashboard still show "oil and filter maintenance" and the person who attended me was kind of rude.
