We called other locations to confirm their packages and we were told by more than one location what the packages were and that the other location was not selling it properly. "Terrible Experience. The service department kept giving..." Terrible Experience. The service department kept giving me the run around trying to find a squeak coming from my truck. After numerous attempts they finally claim that I have some "bent metal" causing a different squeak and they will not honor the warranty until I pay 500$. The claim is that a scraped bumper - which just scraped the paint - someone caused metal underneath it to bend, even though the bumper itself is still intact. She recently purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue from here and took it in because the windshield wiper fluid was malfunctioning. Rodger initially tried to scam her out of $600!? just for labor to fix the windshield wiper fluid. I was having issues with engine light being on and had 2 codes P2096 and P0137 at which I knew it was the catalytic converter and a 02 sensor or two(2). I took it to the dealership as my wife insisted me doing and had them to take a look at it. Courtesy Nissan of Richardson operates like "Sal's Cash Car Lot." definitely not the experience one would expect from a "Nissan Dealership" 2 weeks after purchase, the 2020 Nissan stinks of cigarette smoke (it was well covered-up by some process, but obviously didn't last). After never getting a follow up call, I went ahead and called the dealership back. I was handled very disrespectfully by an associate. He asked me if I could read and speak English! "Thus place will brake thing on your car. Do not have them..." Thus place will brake thing on your car. Do not have them service your car. They do not give you new parts they will charge u for them but put refurbished oil and part on ur car. STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE SHOP.
