I found a Nissan Pathfinder listed on the Courtesy Nissan website and sent an inquiry with my price limit. Julius Farr responded to my intial email and several subsequent ones. I purchased my first vehicle on the internet. I received quotes from several Nissan dealerships and Courtesy was the lowest. They had the best price on their website. While other dealers wanted to charge extra for window tint and other options, Courtesy put it in the deal at no additional charge. Julius Farr was great. I had filled out my application on their website and all of the paperwork was done when I arrived. Fast and easy ...saved me money. Great people.
I purchased a previously owned sedan 2007 Altima in beautiful condition. Within 5 days the vehicle would not start due to an electrical malfunction previously unknown. Although they were not obligated to do so, I was "picked up", given a "loaner" while they looked for the unusual electrical malfunction which was repaired, all at no expense to me. Review / Complaint Draft I leased a vehicle from Courtesy Nissan on April 24, 2024, and as of December 13, 2025, I discovered that I am required to pay a property tax on the leased vehicle—an amount that is more than half of my monthly lease payment. Came in to get a screw out of the door in order for me to change the door handle myself, i already knew the diagnoses, the screw was stripped; if they couldn't get the screw out, I would have to basically take apart the door or cut through the other side.. I asked Shauna how much will it be to get the screw out she said $150. Came back to pick up the car, they said they weren't able to get the screw out. Rates increased significantly from previous already high rates. This is ridiculously high for work you can get at other mechanics for half the price

Work good, speed of service was poor. I had a noon appointment to change the oil and filter checked the car in around 11:55 am. Got the car back around 1:50 pm.
