Service is usually good. Don't like the people driving my car a few feet changing the radio, seats, air conditioner, etc. Never buy another car at Courtesy.

Was harassed by a salesperson whose number is 972-792-5613 called me cheap for not wanting to buy a $40K car, then called me multiple times and hung up on me.
Bought a new Frontier ProX crew cab with convenience package and traded in a car. Going on three weeks and car still hasn't been paid off at my bank. Truck came with the utili trak system which should have included two tie down cleats. They were not in the vehicle. Dealership setup my Nissan connect using the wrong email address, not the one I provided them. Consequently I received this email for the rating at the wrong email address. I was very puzzled and surprised to hear that my wheel lock and (2) lugs were missing on the passenger's side. I find it puzzling because my vehicle was there earlier and this was not an issue. Furthermore, I only have my vehicle serviced at this dealership.

If I could give zero stars I would! The absolute worst shady, miserable dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales process was a nightmare, starting with them not giving me the internet price, or giving it but adding in $2500 worth of stuff that I kept telling them I didn't want. My gut told me not to buy from them, but I had a teenager that loved the car so I gave in. I went to the finance office and I told them I already had an approved long for 7.4%.
