We purchased a used 2022 Chevy Colorado late Friday evening June 6 for my son and Monday morning, 6/9, found out the insurance cost would be too high. We contacted the dealer immediately to use their 3 day return policy but was told that we were past the return date - and that Sunday, 6/8, when the dealership was closed, was the last day to return the car. Took my car in for a routine service and was met with complete indifference. The service rep barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain what work would be done, and ignored my questions. I waited hours past the estimated time with no updates. When I finally asked for a status, the rep seemed annoyed and dismissive. My car was returned without the promised inspection, and no explanation was given. Totally unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be returning.

It took long just for an oil change. Another customer left before me. Came after me.

Service rep person was great, but the work took too long. A simple maintenance service (oil change) and cabin filter replacement should not have taken almost 3 hours.

My car 2011 Murano. First time check got code P101.replace MAF sensor. Charge $1025. Two weeks later runs 155 miles same problem same code coming.they checked said vacuum hose leaking needs change around $700 again. What happened same problem charged times?

Had an appointment for transmission fluid change, arrived with my daughter (her juke) to meet a very rude service advisor. After asking “while they are changing the fluid, could they check to make sure the transmission isn’t leaking” as I had seen some oil under the car. He then insisted that I needed to pay $190 to check that before they would even change the fluid. Turned out to be a leaking cv boot that I was quoted over a thousand to repair ( I did the repair in an hour at home for $200. I understand they work on commiss... read more

Service department did not check car for safety. Brakes were faulty and a big liability for dealer. My son could have died if the brakes did not work properly. Sales Manager was uncaring and unapologetic.

Service center was very bad and unqualified mechanics. I would not have a car serviced at this location.

I’m writing this review to express my complete frustration with the way the Wholesale Parts Department handles warranty claims. Unlike every other dealership I’ve dealt with, Courtesy Nissan refuses to honor direct warranties on basic replacement parts like starters, alternators, and other standard components. Instead, they force you to go through their service center—where you’re required to pay diagnostic and labor costs out of pocket just to replace a failed part that should be covered under warranty.
