My 2025 Autograph QX60 went in because it was making a loud noise on acceleration and vibrating the inside of cabin. Crest knew exactly what it was and disconnected the Auto Noise Cancellation feature. Numerous reports with this problem. My appointment was on time w loaner car and my car was repaired promptly as promised. Waiting on Infiniti to come up with a software solution.

Newly purchased QX60 kept loosing tire pressure in one of the rear tires. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it! Couldn’t ask for anything more. In addition, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very satisfied with the service at Crest. My service rep Robert is very honest and kind. He knows every of my car repair and he is happy to explain what has been done to my car. I am a car guy so I know exactly what he is talking about. For me is very important my car is treated the right way. In my years of experience dealing with car repairs at dealer’s repair shops I have found tools left in my car’s engine bay and forgotten parts or bolts uninstalled by inexperienced technicians.
