Robert is A ROCKSTAR + helped make life better when my car went NO AC in 100 degree temps IN TEXAS!!! He's professional, funny, efficient, patient with old ladies who can't work there CarPlay and much more. The reason I return to Infinity is the AMAZING customer service and cool people in the service department like ROBERT!! ...Maybe give that man a raise and No this is not his mother :) THANK YOU AGAIN for taking such great care of a very loyal customer.

The service provider worked with me to find a replacement part that was not available from Infiniti. I was disappointed that the part was not available from Infiniti for a 14 year old car. But the issue is resolved.

ROBERT MOHLER AS AN AMAZING HELP WHEN IT CAME TO GETTING MY CAR SERVICED AND REPAIRED. HE WAS ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH ME AND MY WARRANTY GROUP TO ACHIEVE THE QUICKEST REPAIR.
