I have worked with Tony on many occasions in sales and now in service. He is always willing to help and go the extra mile. The work done by the mechanics/techs has been excellent. I feel like they care about the car they are working on.

Well this is my . .. I think fifth Infiniti. I always use Crest. I could use any Infiniti dealership but Crest is my favorite. Kind, courteous and always very helpful.

The people we dealt with were awesome, the one negative I have is the time it took to get to financing, it took an hour to get in that department.

al. conkleton was great! Excellent customer service. I came in about 1 month and wasn’t ready to buy and saved his information and when I was ready a month later I came to look for him and was so excited to buy my QX80.
