Jeannie made the whole sales process easy. I only stumbled in the dealership and was not familiar with the brand. The QX60 was nicer than the Lexus TX. I’m impressed by the maintenance included.

Work was completed as promised and staff was professional and friendly. There are many other choices for auto services out our was but we drive an hour and a half to use Crest.

Andrew, the service representative at the bay, welcomed me and did the preliminary scan with the key to check what needed to be done to my 2020 Infiniti QX60, pure-SUV. After my signing to authorize the service that is to be performed, he proceeded to the repair area, where the technician did a thorough diagnostic. I waited about 2 hours to get everything done.
