From the moment I stepped out of vehicle for my service appointment, I was immediately greet by a friendly Crest Infiniti service writer, Andrew. He acknowledged my appointment and was very cordial. He reviewed what I was to have done and explained what I should expect. Jeannie made the whole sales process easy. I only stumbled in the dealership and was not familiar with the brand. The QX60 was nicer than the Lexus TX. I’m impressed by the maintenance included.
