I found a few 2024 Infinity QX50 with about 10k miles on them. The price seemed great, so I went to look at them. I met Al K. He walked me through the new electronics. I looked at the car on my way to the airport. So Al and I did the numbers via email. It worked great. If I had to complain...it would be that I expected to be out of the dealership in 60 minutes after agreeing to everything via email and it took 120 minutes. not a big deal, but it could have been a better closing .

This is the only place I'll take my Infiniti. Obviously, it is a bit more expensive than a generic repair shop, but you get what you pay for.

When i got home from dealership- after getting service- the check engine light came on and when i went to bring it back- it started making a loud noise. After evaluation- Robert said the noise was the antenna that had been damaged in the car wash and the check engine light was a hole somewhere. I was having surgery the next morning so he offered to give me a loaner. It was all fixed in a couple of days and they did drop the car to me and made everything right- but it was stressful when i was pressed for time.

It took awhile to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, and consequently I was without any transportation for an entire day. We did arrange for an Uber driver to take me to a meeting and then back to the dealership for a loaner. The loaner was much appreciated for the remainder of the service time. My service advisor was good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs.
