Crest has excellent customer service and outstanding maintenance department. I have been a client over decade now have had only positive experience with any department of this dealership. Highly recommend.
It took awhile to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, and consequently I was without any transportation for an entire day. We did arrange for an Uber driver to take me to a meeting and then back to the dealership for a loaner. The loaner was much appreciated for the remainder of the service time. My service advisor was good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs.
Robert is always friendly and ready to help. He was attentive, friendly and delivered excellent service.

I now have 2 Infinity QX60s and I’m proud of both. I’ve never owned a better vehicle so now I drive a Black Car service with my new one. I have used other service centers and have had mixed reviews for them all. Every time I’ve taken my car to Crest, I’ve been glad I did. They may not be the cheapest service option around but the extra cost is well worth the peace of mind I get knowing the work is being done correctly and in the off chance of any mistakes, they warranty their work.
