Tanner is great, I love the service dept, they help round out the Nissan experience! Andy did great in clearing up an cvt recommendation that will increase the life of my car that I misunderstood in asking others online about the concerns over this trouble area for Nissan. Regular maintenance can make a big difference. i know that but it reminds me the cars reliability is largely how you take care of her.

This dealership now charges 3% fee when you use a credit card to pay for your service, however, no one tells you this information until it’s time to pay. The cashier should not be responsible for telling this to customer, this is the responsibility of the service advisors. Overall excellent work my the service center but definitely a few things they can work on. The salesperson Carson was very attentive and presented all the viable vehicles based on my criteria. He explained the pros and cons of each vehicle and factored in my search criteria. The selection was difficult but there were no sale pressure involved. After a test drive and a decision, we were offered different options to finance the car.
