My experience was with the service department. I found them very helpful and I really appreciated how they kept me informed on status. When I had a kind of weird issue, they gave me a couple of options so I could find something I could afford.

This is my first time coming to Nissan dealer for the car service in Frisco. I found people there is very helpful and not only very nice, also very professional. Especially the service advisor Justin Verde, he is really helpful, and understanding, he and his manager are good men, when they realize my situation and difficulty, they arrange a quick work and quote a very generous price to help me! If you are in the market for a car, I recommend Crest Nissan. The mgr Brian is always cordial and welcoming when I come for services. Ly is the service advisor and has practically become family and Leslie is always helpful and makes sure my visit is the best.
