Management is the epitome of Used Car Salesmen. Artful in the bait and switch strategy to get you into their dealership and then raise prices or switch cars. I've bought many cars in my life, and normally really enjoy the overall odd process, but this experience was the absolute worst. Many Nissan dealership options in N. Texas and I would strongly advise that you avoid this one!

An absolute waste of my time tonight. I waited 10 minutes for the salesman that had an appointment with me to finally come see me. He gave me to someone else because he was with a customer already, who then checked my credit. Nearly 30 minutes and he had not come back. I went to the finance office where the sharks were gathered to then find my salesman was apparently it seemed at least with another customer. I told them they had 2 minutes. Spend your money elsewhere. I had such a terrible experience at this dealership, I was lied to, hung up on, and treated very terribly. I purchased a 2012 White VW Jetta GLI on Friday, October 1st, 2021. The contract fell through on the car because something was wrong with the car that could not be fixed, which I think was a lie. I just think they didn't want to deal with me any longer. They agreed to change the timing belt on the VW Jetta I purchased from them before releasing the car to me. One of the most unscrupulous corrupt Dealerships that I have ever encountered, Lying deceiving thieving trash! These people had us in limbo for three weeks, playing the car shell game of we sent out your car to Volkswagen to change the Timing Belt, but when you call Volkswagen, the car is not there. You call them back and tell them that, Volkswagen doesn't have the car, they tell you that they do have the car. This goes on for another round. They never answer questions, they just ask them! I previously had one of the only good reviews on here for crest nissan and at the time I didn't know why. Now I do. I took my car in to get the brakes checked because I was noticing some shaking whenever I would brake. There ended up being about 10 services they recommended. I picked which services to get since they seemed necessary for the safety of my car and I think there was about 6 or 7 I was going to get done. Even with a couple of the less urgent services done it was still going to be a lot more expensive than I plann... read more
