Shon Vaughn made this an unforgettable and amazing experience. It could have been so stressful , but he really helped me today. He was kind and understanding, and really worked within my very strict budget. Also Glenn in finance was awesome and helped me so much! I'm a customer for life now. Crest is lucky to have them.
Crest Nissan was great! I initially called Saturday to ask if my battery would be under warranty, and they told me to bring it in. I went in the next Monday afternoon and Drake (service advisor) set proper expectations that it would be a few hours to allow for troubleshooting and various testing before Nissan would approve a new battery swap. Very good communication from my service provider. The one thing that I really am a little ticked off about is the 3% charge for using a credit card. That is a bit of xx as that is a convenience for your business to accept the card and pay the fee for that. Quit passing off everything to the customers. You are still making darn good money from repairs.
