The dealer did not have the keys to the vehicle I was interested in. They ask me to set up an appointment to see it and drove 30 Plus minuets and they could not find the key to the vehicle. So why try to tell the customer to come in without access to the vehicle the customer is interested in? How stupid is that?

Russian Roulette (with a 2018 Rogue). Neither Crest Nissan or Nissan cares. Before I went to Crest Nissan to purchase a Rogue, I had researched reviews on dealerships. I reluctantly went to Crest Nissan, but they had the Rogue I was searching for. All smiles, giggles, good greetings, and kiss ups were at hand until the Contract was signed. I am warning against buying anything at Crest Nissan. I bought a car there in March of this year, specifically said I was moving to Nevada in July, and was told that the MPP and ZAKTEK coverage I bought was available in Nevada. Turns out this was wrong. I spent a little over $4k on these plans, and now cannot use them! ZAKTEK is only for use at the original dealership you bought from, and no where else. Was looking to purchase a used Maxima ASAP as my current car has major issues and is barely running. We decided to drive 2 hours to the Dallas area and this dealership in Frisco, Texas this was our first stop of the day as we had appointments with other dealers in the area also. We get to Crest Nissan and notice at least 3 of the cars were extremely dirty (see pictures.) Now, that should have been my cue to leave but the Salesman was very nice so we stayed. Very similar experience to some of the lower ratings here, this was definetly the worst car buying experience I have had. With the Capital one offer letter in hand...I left having no clue that the finance manager chose a different lender even though I explicitly stated I only wanted to use Capital one since I had used them before and was familiar with their process for financing as well as having a very good interest rate with them. The salesman, Chris was excellent and you could tell that he even seemed uncomfortable with t... read more
