I went to Crest Nissan after viewing their online inventory and finding a car I wanted. I reached out to the sales representative to inquire about the vehicle and went to the dealer the next day. My experience with purchasing the car was great. We purchased the Kahu add on as an option for the car. The dealer was supposed o send me the information with a code to active it. Buying a new car is never an easy experience, especially when you're a single young woman. It's a large purchase, it can be stressful, there's lots of paperwork and contracts to sign. Ultimately, it can be overwhelming. Our salesperson can help alleviate that through the process, but I don't feel like that level of customer service was available here. Back in 2017 I purchased a preowned BMW 328i from this dealer. Today I went to trade it in and was told it had a Branded/Lemon title. So now my car that has a KBB value of around $10,000 has a trade in value of around $3,500 Let me be clear, when they sold me the vehicle I was not informed of the branded/lemon title.
