This is a busy dealership because they have both a good inventory and good staff. Brayan Delgadillo was excellent. He inherited me when my initial salesman was unavailable...and I am very happy Brayan took over. He was professional, patient, and understanding when I was a little miffed at the delay in my appointment. Crest Nissan has been very supportive in resolving the recurring issue with the emission sensor and replaced it to resolve the issue permanently
