We drove 45 minutes for an appt. with Lance Allred, the assistant finance Mgr. who never showed up. This was in the icy weather on all the roads in the Dallas/Frisco area. We were told he was with a customer & therefore, we were unable to discuss a discrepancy on some "dealership additions" we didn't want, as well as an overpriced extended warranty, supposedly bc the purchase was already booked.

Last Friday my 2018 Rogue, which I had purchased new from Crest, suddenly would only go 10mph while I was entrancing hwy 121. I managed to limp it back home at the 10mph, then the power steering wouldn't work. Called Crest, they had it towed in and gave me a rental car! That was all great! Before the tow driver got there, my brother & I saw there was a belt hanging loose. It wasn't broken but slightly frayed. The tow driver started it and moved it so he could easily pick it up. I drove 2.5 hours for an appointment to drive and purchase a specific car. I got there and that car was no longer available. They pulled the ol' bait and switch to try to talk me into another car. They showed me 3 different cars, all with significant issues. When I complained about them wasting my time after that drive, all I got was, "We dropped the ball." No kidding you dropped the ball! We found a vehicle online and agreed on a cash price with salesman Jake Bookman. His manager is Jeff Stogner. We trusted them both as we had the negotiated price in writing through much back and forth through email and text. After driving nearly 2 hours to get to the dealership, confirm the vehicle is what we wanted they then had the nerve to bump up the price another $1,000.00! YOU CAN'T TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL! The dealer did not have the keys to the vehicle I was interested in. They ask me to set up an appointment to see it and drove 30 Plus minuets and they could not find the key to the vehicle. So why try to tell the customer to come in without access to the vehicle the customer is interested in? How stupid is that?
