Found a car I liked online and proceeded to call the "Internet Sales Manager". Whoever answered first put me on hold, then said "I can help you". After giving him the stock number and price I asked him about dealer fees. He became very evasive and would not give me an answer. So basically they had a 2011 Camaro SS it was a really beautiful car. I'm an 18 year old boy that actually had money to give a good down payment. Unfortunately i guess my credit was frozen i don't know some shit like that but i gave a 7500$ down payment and then the financial guy by the name "Rob" told me we'd finish the process in two days because of the banks. So the messed up part is that the dealership kept 7500$ MY MONEY. I couldn't even take the car home. How embarrassing and it shows how unprofessional thid car dealer... read more

Be careful when you visit the finance area. Watch out for Kyle. We were scammed into buying more than what we had agreed with the sales team. Make sure they go over anything you sign. The only thing that was communicated to us from everything we signed is that banks are not willing to work with us if we do not buy a service contract. Kyle did not go over anything we signed. He literally placed all the contracts "crumbled" in an envelope and handed them to the salesperson to hand to us. When I got home that same evening... read more

Very disappointed in the sales department. I saw a car online for $14,100 made an appointment to see the car. When I got to the dealership the price of the car had gone up $3000! The salesman claimed all dealership did this. We left and sent the manager an email about our experience and never heard from him! Poor customer services. I would not recommend Crest Nissan.

Can't believe they are still open. I don't expect a used car to be in mint condition, but I don't expect it to look like a kid through up in the back seat and the front bumper partially hanging off. Only positive is they don't hide anything. You know exactly what you are buying.
