I'd stay away. Was quoted 300-500 over the phone. Brought it in next morning. After 5 hours I called to check the status on the actual quote and my service person didn't call me back for another 3 hours. That quote was 2300. He said part was at least 300. I saw it online anywhere from 140-180. I should have checked Yelp prior to going. 2.5 stars is pretty bad

I am extremely disappointed! I had my car in for a fuel pump problem and when I picked up my car, there were more issues. Crest NIssan at this location definitely needs more training on consumer services. Andy my service rep attitude seems so nonchalant about any of my concerns. One my was kept for 4 days because parts had not been delivered yet. I was told by Andy all deliveries are on Tuesdays so that is when my car may be looked at. Tuesday came and no type of communication whatsoever until I called for updates. Andy then... read more

Never dealing with Crest Nissan again! When they reached out about trading in my car, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in. When they couldn't meet my requirements, I left just fine-I have no issues with my current car and don't need to stretch myself financially just to get a new one. Well, this week I got a text saying, "we ordered the vehicle you wanted, just come in and sign off on it." I went back in this morning and sad to say-this was a lie. Crest Nissan does NOT stand behind their warranty. Nissan CORPORATE does not stand behind their brands quality. I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan Pick Up in Black. Sticker was $54,000 and change. About 6 months after I bought it, I began to see where the paint was chipping on the hood. I called it to the service advisor, he made a note. Upon picking up my truck after servicing, my advisor said it was normal wear and tear. This has been going back n forth since I bought the truck, each time the paint chipping was worse. I went to the dealership to purchase a 2015 Lexus is IS250 and possibly trade my older Lexus IS250. However, I walked out the door when my trade in offer was $1500, where two other local dealerships and Carmax offered me in writing $6000. Very big difference in trade in value. In addition the price you see is not the price you pay...there is additional dealer prep fees of approx., $1780 on top of the list price. What you see is not the selling price.
