Back in 2017 I purchased a preowned BMW 328i from this dealer. Today I went to trade it in and was told it had a Branded/Lemon title. So now my car that has a KBB value of around $10,000 has a trade in value of around $3,500 Let me be clear, when they sold me the vehicle I was not informed of the branded/lemon title. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance package from Crest. Later took the car in for an oil change and they made me aware that the strut was bent and needed to be replaced. I knew I purchased the maintenance package so later I call the 800 number to confirm the coverage and rental car. They told me everything was covered as long as I take it back to Crest. I was adamant about making sure everything was covered by the warranty before leaving Crest. My salesman, Greg stated that he needed to verify everything before ... read more

Yesterday my son saw a 2017 Kia Optima listed on the internet at Crest Nissan for $14,879. I called to make sure the car was still there, and they assured me it was. After picking up my son, and taking him to the dealership, they got the car for him and he was able to test drive it. When finished he really liked the car so we went in to talk about the price. The salesman brought the price sheet to us, and astonishingly, the price went up to over $18,000 - a $3,200 increase. Looking more closely the price increase wasn't simp... read more

My brother bought a car from Crest when they first opened a few years back. They were fantastic - great all around experience. So when it was time for me to trade my old car in, I drove to Frisco to purchase a Nissan Rogue. First of all they inflate the price dramatically - the price quoted online was NOT what they tried to sell me. "That year/make/model is before upgrades" - well guess what buddy, why didn't you advertise that? So when it was time for me to trade my old car in, I drove to Frisco to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I just got maintenance plan for services. It's count from today's day and miles. I asked them to use for today's services. Than finance guy told me that you can not use it for today's service. So I am loosing 6 month or 5 thousand miles. At time of buying, finance guy ( I don't want to mention name) did not mention that I can't use it for today's service. He was also rude to me. I am not coming here for the first time. Rudeness in not acceptable in any kind of services.
