I had an appointment for 9:10, by 9:30 I had my report for authorization and services where completed by noon. Outstanding customer service and communication from advisor.

Overall good experience, I ended up with a pretty good deal. I communicated my expectations with sales prior to arrival, however, things changed once I arrived which was disappointing. I ended up having to haggle to fix the issues I had, which I was trying to avoid to begin with.
