Went to purchase a Nissan Sentra with a quote from a third-party buying service. I've used this service previously and the price is, well, the purchase price. Tried to add $3k in "extras" and argued when I protested. They did eventually drop the "extras" (after I basically said I'd leave) however, the vehicle had a number of cosmetic and a minor mech issue. Bought a certified Rogue after the great pitch of certified, reliable etc. just like it says on the website. Car died completely 3 times in 5 weeks. Had it towed all 3 times. Finally traded it back in. It was not a reliable car nor a safe car that my teenage daughter would be driving at college. Crest did not stand behind the sale. They took the Rogue back and kept $6k on my original trade. My payment from $222 to for 4 years to $365 for 5 years. Their line: "oh it's just a machine. Sometimes they just don't work". $19k, 5... read more

Wish I had read reviews before wasting my time. Let me start by saying, I am not impressed with Crest Nissan at all and will not recommend any of my friends or family to your dealership. Worst car dealership I have ever seen. My friend bought a car here and found out she had cancer before she even had the plates. I came in on her behalf to get the plates, a 2nd key and an Amazon gift card she was owed but never received. Apparently, the key guy is only here for 45 min each week, so I made an appt for the key. Additionally the sales man, Cole, was out of the office, so they couldn't give me the gift card. I came back for the key appointment, visibly upset because I just found my friend is dying. Never updated me on a car I was interested in. They ran my credit and everything! Called them twice and Terry the manager said he was going to look into it,never heard back! It has been a full week now, and this is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with! If I did not get approved, SAY SOMETHING!! Dont leave your customers hanging! Sad because I heard so many good things about this dealership and was willing to give them a try. Even had money to put down on a vehicle. Sad to say, crest Nissan lost business.
