I checked in using the app and said we'd be there around 4, check in is at 3. We got there at 5pm and had to go to the front desk anyway because the digital key wasn't working. Turns out our room wasn't even ready yet. When we finally got to the room there was trash behind the nightstand and the toilet ran the ENTIRE time.

Bring your own pillows! Pillows were so flat could not sleep comfortably.

This was not great. The bed oddly did not have a fitted sheet on the bottom, which is super dumb, there were lots of bugs in the room both alive and dead, the refrigerator rack was broken and hoopty af, and there were sirens pretty much all night. That being said, the staff was fantastic especially Walter who is very friendly and understands excellent customer service perfectly. Thank you Walter!
Hair in the shower and drains. Sheets were stained with a brown substance. The water heater ran all night long.

This was not a great stay being my first time. I had to call at least 4x to get amenities ordered and they still did not arrive. It was quite a mess and inconvenience.
Great hotel, horrible restaurant This hotel was great. However, the restaurant is horrible. It took an hour and a half to get our meal and it was served cold.
Definitely look elsewhere Normally my wife does the reviews, but I’ll step in when it was absolutely awful. I booked what I thought was a suite, and all I got was; a busted electrical outlet on my bedside table, great for toddlers, I found beer caps and other garbage left over from the previous guests. Pillows had rips in them, electrical wires draped down from the tv, my wife had to go and request garbage bags because our room was left without.
