We have stayed here several times, the hotel and public areas are clean and nice, however our room was not very clean. Shelves in bathroom were dusty, shower inside and out were dirty.

front desk staff was terrible. Yuki Yuli or something like that was her name. We have stayed at property many times over the years. it has gone down hill and desperately needs an update.

Selected because it is attached to the venue. Bad to have only one person at the desk at 3pm when check-in begins; had a long wait and desk clerk was rushed due to long line. Were we supposed to get a cookie? Did not receive one. Expected a little more from a Hilton property.

Location Great location to Ford center and some restaurants. Nice hotel. But do they really have to charge $3.00 for a bottle of water in the room if you are not a high tier member? Seems kind of petty, but it’s the small courtesies that make or break a business. Come on already!

The one issue with my stay is the fact that I had to pay $17.50 to park in the parking garage. Last time I stayed at this hotel, parking was compensated. It was never offered during check in or check out. As a guest, I don’t feel like I should have to pay for parking. I will be staying at a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking next time. I come to Evansville often and love this hotel, but this was a little disappointing.
