Not enough desk help at sign in and sign out
Property was good however we were told that check in was at 3 pm. We had to wait until almost 5 pm for our room to be ready. The front desk told us it wasn't their fault and we would basically just have to deal with it
Room is outdated with tiny tv and dirty shower stahl
We have stayed here several times, the hotel and public areas are clean and nice, however our room was not very clean. Shelves in bathroom were dusty, shower inside and out were dirty.
front desk staff was terrible. Yuki Yuli or something like that was her name. We have stayed at property many times over the years. it has gone down hill and desperately needs an update.
Selected because it is attached to the venue. Bad to have only one person at the desk at 3pm when check-in begins; had a long wait and desk clerk was rushed due to long line. Were we supposed to get a cookie? Did not receive one. Expected a little more from a Hilton property.
Location Great location to Ford center and some restaurants. Nice hotel. But do they really have to charge $3.00 for a bottle of water in the room if you are not a high tier member? Seems kind of petty, but it’s the small courtesies that make or break a business. Come on already!
