Love the room, hated the food Room did not have remote control for TV. The food service was horrible. Hamburger ordered medium, came out burnt. Fries were cold. Since we were going to concert we didn’t have time to reorder. Bar staff needs training and to learn how to be friendly.

No fitted sheets! Our beds didn’t have fitted sheets, only a top sheet across the mattress. Needless to say that sheet did not stay put so both of our beds mattress were completely uncovered when we woke up in the morning, and they were gross! The shower was also dirty

I do apologize about the bad experience. I love all feedback so that I can address this with the departments. In regards to the Fitted Sheets, we don't do fitted sheets at our property, we do triple sheeting.

We stayed at this hotel because it connected to the event center we were going to. The doors to the walkway were locked and we ended up having to stand outside without coats or anything in the snow for about 30 minutes. Breakfast which I thought was included ended up being $75 and the overall bill was double what I was expecting. The room was large but the sofa bed and a king size bed nearly touched each other so it was pretty inconvenient for four people

C- stay At what point is employee shortages and less attention to service going to result in price corrections for the customer? Desk attendant when I arrived was rude. It was almost like me showing up disrupted his day (hotel was not busy). I stayed for two weeks and they only cleaned my room and changed the sheets and towels once. Room service is only available on weekday evenings for a few hours. There’s no room service on weekends. We could not get into our room until 4:45 pm and we had an event to get to at 5:30. We arrived at 3:45. Numerous guests rooms were not ready. If you need more time to clean rooms change your check out to 11 am. Front desk staff said “ it is the nature of the the beast” when our room was not ready. No staff at anytime took it upon themselves to offer any extra services for the inconvenience. There were many female guest getting ready in the public bathrooms. It was very inconvenient.
