This hotel is in a convenient location if attending a concert at a near by venue. No microwaves in the rooms though so plan on heating up any leftovers from dinner downstairs. The carpet in rooms looked dirty, but I think it was just stained because it didn’t feel dirty. The beds were okay, just stiff. Staff was friendly. The view of the arch from our room and its location to downtown were the best part of our stay. Would stay again since it was budget friendly for the location

Property was well kept and beautiful pool. The check in guest was a bit rude but overall, only had to deal with her at the time of check in. Other than that great place.

Air did not work correctly. The room was so hot and the carpets were covered in stains.

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was exceptionally courteous and informative. Found the room to be very clean and quiet. Had a great view of the Mississippi river and the arch and St Louis sky line. Lots of parking and was impressed with how security constantly drove around keeping an eye on things. Felt very safe there. Casino and restaurants were merely 75 yards away.

It was kinda old a rundown the TV was old and small none of the HDMI ports worked the carpet was nasty feeling our shower curtain had mold all over the bottom the power blinked and the WiFi was down for almost 2 hours. Most of the staff was nice and inviting one or two looked like they didn't want to be there. We saw 2 mice run across the wall in the casino and it smelled like they had more then 2 mice in there.

The first staff at the check in I encountered was great. The later night staff was somewhat rude. They shut down one of the elevators and there were many people in lines trying to get to their rooms after a concert. Air conditioner runs extremely loud
