We arrived right at 4:00, which is check-in time. None of our 3 rooms were ready. Finally when I checked back at 5:15, 1 room was ready. 20 minutes later one other room was available. We had to leave to get to our event at 6:05, so we were not able to check-in the third room until we returned about 11 p.m.

Great location, close enough to downtown without the price tag- still get a great view even if you go with river view! Very helpful and friendly staff in both the hotel and the casino. Will definitely be staying here again when I travel to STL!

Tons of parking. We were able to leave our car there since it is very convenient to the train into the city.

Big room, very comfortable bed, definitely need to have a breakfast and food served at the hotel. And a bigger tv in the room. Would recommend
