Room with 2 beds was spacious. Pool was closed during our stay but didn’t know until we got there. Parking lot is well lit!
The room was clean and staff friendly but it only had one elevator working and the wait time was unreal. I spoke with a person who stays at this hotel a lot and they indicated that it happens a lot at this hotel.
Property was clean outside and inside. Staff was nice. Very big room. Casino was not to big but had plenty slots and tables
Was a good clean stay. Would definitely come back
Clean room
Great staff and rates. Will go back again. Just about the only place I stay in the area
When we arrived a little before check in we was told that no rooms where ready to come back after 4:30 and rooms should be available. The parking is bad due to the casino being across the parking lot they not only park in the casino area they also park in the hotel parking lot which makes it hard for the hotel guess to find parking. Only one elevator is working. The toilet was worn out. And still, no breakfast. They have a room that looks like they used to offer breakfast. The casino and tram was a great extra. We have stayed many times.
Was here with 3 other couples for 2 nights. Didn’t clean our rooms. Couldn’t get clean towels to shower before we left. None of us!!!! Front desk didn’t tell us had to use room key to go up the elevator. So after going up and down, someone finally told us how. Front desk was not very professional. None of us will ever stay here again!!
