Desk Staff were phenomenal. The young ladies were very attentive and very sweet. The young lady that checked us out, handled a rude guest with kindness and patience beyond what was necessary. Linens were exceptionally clean. The room was in desperate need of update. Carpet was stained beyond repair. Lamp shades were torn and skewed. Wall paper had multiple tears and stains. Tub was clean, but very stained. I truly feel the cleaning staff did the best they could do, with what they had.

The room felt very upscale, was very clean, and the location was convenient to be near BJH. There's reviews of people feeling unsafe in the parking lot. I didn't have that experience. I actually parked on the far side of the casino and walked across since I didn't realize I could park closer to the hotel. I arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning and never felt unsafe walking back and forth.

The hotel itself is nice…needs new carpet, but most places do. The first front desk lady was not interested in doing her job (didn’t get her name, if I see her today I’m putting it) however Tanya was amazing! She handled all my requests and made sure I was taken care of and that’s definitely what I appreciate when starting somewhere. I would definitely stay again. The chicken in the casino is awesome!

I went to the Cardinals baseball game and liked that they had a free shuttle to and from the stadium. I plan on staying there again.
