Loved staying here. The fact that there’s multiple places to eat, it’s so close to ball park village, and the casino is just a walk away. Super convenient.

2nd time staying here. Same issue as the first time carpets in all rooms need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Love that i can take the shuttle to the games. Makes it so easy. Driver is funny but if people are not tipping him hes attitude changes. Negative, i left a pedometer plugged into the wall and left. I called when i got home 4 hours later and they said they dont have it. I have it on my gps tracker incase i lose it and it show still there. Lady got upset if she could just check ... read more

We had a very good service and front desk staff was friendly and other stuff ,room was clean and beds are so comfortable I have 18year son who is very picky about sleeping at hotels room He asked me to save place for next time

Trade off - awesome view - nasty room Staff was helpful - lobby was nice - however the carpet in the hallway was dirty and the carpet in the room looked like a crime scene - switched rooms and was a little better but still nasty !! View of the arch and sky line was awesome but a big trade off for the nasty carpet. The rest of the room was just ok !!

Nice Hotel but it needs some updates. Rooms are spacious and clean. Conveniently located to the Metro Station or you can walk over the Bridge to the Gateway Arch NP.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and nice. It was really close to the arch and very easy to get to. My only gripe was the pool was not heated as it was advertised.
