I'm new to Redlands and have had to take my dog there twice already. Both the doctors I visited were really friendly and through with my dog and myself. On my second visit the doctor recommended an antibiotic for my dog. After telling him I preferred something natural he recommended a yogurt, which was a natural probiotic. This not only worked great for my dog, but also had me spend $30 less than i would have buying the antibiotic from them. Very clean office. I'm 45 yrs. old and have owned cats and dogs all my life. This is one of the cleanest pet hospitals I've ever seen. Brought my cat in to be seen for constipation issues. The Dr. and staff treated my cat very gently, compassionately, and competently. Also, I was not price gouged as other reviews indicate. And I did not wait long to be seen. The Vets and staff saved my pups life. She was poisoned and I rushed her in. They immediately took her back and worked to save her. A day later and she seems good as ever. I trust them with all my pets. =)

I have never left a review for anything on yelp until now. I am so incredibly thankful I found this place when I really needed it and they deserve a 5 star review just for the great service they gave me when I went in for the first time. My dog started having eye issues about a week ago. It started out as minor irritation and quickly escalated to what seemed like an eye infection in both eyes. I found a kitten litterally on the top of the cement divider of the 91 freeway during rush hour. She had been there from the time we left Irvine at 4pm until we got to to the Tyler exit at 5:15pm. Yes, we stopped and picked her up. I took her to Dr C the next day because I had no clue if she was going to make it, the skin and fur on her chin had been ripped away from her bone, her eye was crusted over, she weighed 1 lb 2 oz and I figured I was taking her to be put to sleep. I just want to say I've takin my dogs here a few times and every time I've been the entire staff have been super friendly and helpful. Today I took my big old baby in for a paw that I noticed was bleeding, and all the girls in there made him feel so happy and loved. I truly appreciate you all! Let me start by saying I have only written 1 other Yelp review in my life. In seeing some of the comments on here, I felt compelled to do one. One thing I urge people to remember is doctors of any sort can have good and bad reviews based on the patient preference. I feel the same way with Vets. I absolutely love my dog and heard great things about East Valley Pet Hospital but almost didn't bring him in because of the yelp reviews. I had just gotten off work and pretty much every vet in the area was closing, including the vet I had originally set up in town when I moved to Redlands not too long ago. East Valley is the best pet hospital around. We have had a cat with chronic ear problems and after suggesting laser therapy he has been problem free. Most recently we had a stray female cat spayed and they were kind enough to keep her a couple extra days to heal before having to bring her home since we live in the mountains and she sleeps under our house. Their entire staff from front office to the doctors can't be beat. They truly care about pets and their owners.
