I have never left a review for anything on yelp until now. I am so incredibly thankful I found this place when I really needed it and they deserve a 5 star review just for the great service they gave me when I went in for the first time. My dog started having eye issues about a week ago. It started out as minor irritation and quickly escalated to what seemed like an eye infection in both eyes. I found a kitten litterally on the top of the cement divider of the 91 freeway during rush hour. She had been there from the time we left Irvine at 4pm until we got to to the Tyler exit at 5:15pm. Yes, we stopped and picked her up. I took her to Dr C the next day because I had no clue if she was going to make it, the skin and fur on her chin had been ripped away from her bone, her eye was crusted over, she weighed 1 lb 2 oz and I figured I was taking her to be put to sleep. I just want to say I've takin my dogs here a few times and every time I've been the entire staff have been super friendly and helpful. Today I took my big old baby in for a paw that I noticed was bleeding, and all the girls in there made him feel so happy and loved. I truly appreciate you all! Thank you very very much! and Sampson appreciates you too!!!

Let me start by saying I have only written 1 other Yelp review in my life. In seeing some of the comments on here, I felt compelled to do one. Everyone is always so quick to comment badly about things. Unfortunately too often, the good things people don't always take the time to report. One thing I urge people to remember is doctors of any sort can have good and bad reviews based on the patient preference. I feel the same way with Vets. I absolutely love my dog and heard great things about East Valley Pet Hospital but almost didn't bring him in because of the yelp reviews. I had just gotten off work and pretty much every vet in the area was closing, including the vet I had originally set up in town when I moved to Redlands not too long ago. East Valley is the best pet hospital around. We have had a cat with chronic ear problems and after suggesting laser therapy he has been problem free. Most recently we had a stray female cat spayed and they were kind enough to keep her a couple extra days to heal before having to bring her home since we live in the mountains and she sleeps under our house. Their entire staff from front office to the doctors can't be beat. They truly care about pets and their owners.

This vet is amazing! I will be returning here! Our dog Tahoe had ran away and when we found him his leg was hurt and we weren't sure what had happen! And since it was a Sunday out normal vet wasn't open. We found this vet on yelp too. When we got there they saw us open up the back of our van and saw our poor baby Tahoe and took us right away, they weight him and put us straight into a room. EV Pet Hosp was perfect when they treated my dog, Heidi. Over & above anything I expected. I highly recommend them. My dog was attacked by a coyote and I was a walk in. With my permission they immediately sedated Heidi & took x-rays . She was critically injured and after supporting any decision I planned to make including euthanasia they went into a 4 1/2 hour surgery & saved her life. The last time I went here I had a HORRIBLE experience (I won't go into detail), but my dog needed her immunizations and it's so close to my house that I decided to give them another shot. I'm pleased to say that this time I got Dr. Rana... This dude is awesome! 'Nuff said... :)
