When the curse of cancer came to claim my cat Indy, Dr. Chauhan and his compassionate staff were there to help me say good bye. I could not have asked for more caring treatment--both for my beloved little friend and for me. A week later, I received the nicest card with Indy's paw print surrounded by words of sympathy from the entire staff. These are the kind of people you want around when you and your pet are hurting the most. They go above and beyond the call. I will never forget them.

I ended up here because Redlands East Valley is open later than my regular vet in San Bernardino, and I'm so glad I did! I can't say enough good things about this vet. You couldn't ask for kinder, more caring or more efficient vets and staff. I am completely mystified by some of the reviews here. I walked in at the end of the day with no appointment with a stray kitten with a broken leg. They found time to see him and Dr. Chauhan patiently and clearly walked me though all the options. The pet physicians are very well trained and informative. The personnel is professional and caring. The facility is clean and neat. I've tried other vet facilities and they don't compare in excellence to East Valley Pet Hospital. I recommend this hospital above the ones in Loma Linda, and Yucaipa.

Our dog was attacked by some dogs down the street! East Valley Pet Hospital was wonderful ! Did a great job! Very caring always treated us and our pup very well . Follow up was excellent! Thank God our puppy is on the mend!

I can't say enough good things about East Valley Pet Hospital. The folks there from the receptionist, to the Doctor, treat you with kindness, courtesy, and true concern for your fur kid. They will tell you the best course of action, exactly what will be done, and exactly how much it will cost, No Surprises. We had the procedure done, and they actually called me, well before they said our furbaby should be ready, just so we didn't worry any longer than necessary. Who does that? Professional, compassionate, and caring. We have visited East Valley Pet Hospital many times over the past couple of months, including two separate visits to put two of our (elderly) cats to sleep. The doctors, techs, and support staff have always been excellent and considerate with us and our pets, and in all the interactions we've observed with other families. I went here a several days ago for the first time and I'm very pleased with the service and care they provided for my pet. They were very attentive and friendly. They even called the next day to see how my doggy was doing.

I would definitely recommend East Valley Pet Hospital, they are all very caring and professional. Kelly at the front desk is amazing, she knows me and my three dogs by their names. I brought my dogs in because they were coughing, and the next morning she did a follow up call to see how they were feeling. I have been here for shots, as well as DR visits, they definitely take good care of us.

I was pleased that although I did not have an appointment, because I was worried about my cat's medical condition, I was encouraged to come in and wait for an opening in the schedule, an opportunity I greatly appreciated!!! I waited about an hour, which was very reasonable for a non-appointment. Dr. Graham treated my cat Wonder very professionally, examining her thoroughly for the extreme constipation we suspected.
