Great and helpful clinic. I was a walk-in, first time customer and found them very helpful and friendly. There was a very short wait time and the cost for treatment was very reasonable. What really surprise me was when they called me the next day to check up on how my dog was doing. Its great to see that there are still some businesses that believe in customer service.

We were visiting Family and our little Maggie wasn't acting herself :( after finding her issue we searched the nearest Vet that was open. Luckily we found EA Vet Hospital! Magz was suddenly very ill. She went right into surgery! The staff were AMAZING! So caring got her right in and kept us informed til she was ready to go home back to LA same night! Beyond! This was the most compassionate staff and veterinarian I've ever been around ... I brought in my sick kitten and unfortunately he was a bit too far gone.. I have gone too many veterinarians through the years in the Inland Empire.. this place is number one to me and I will always go to them in the future.. their prices are extremely good and the care and compassion is absolutely priceless... I would recommend this place to anybody that ask. C. moore

I have been bringing my pets here for the last 7 years and have always had the best anyone could give. Not all of the half dozen or so pets I have brought here have made it through their treatments I always thought the staff and doctors did all they could. They have always treated me and my pets with the utmost respect even when there was nothing more we could do for my pets. This was a great place. I moved from Costa mesa and really liked my vet there. The vet was great, but the part that stood out the most was the front desk. I brought a puppy and a cat in. There was a girl named Hailey. She explained everything to me, took her time and paid attention to me, when it was so busy. She went as far as to bring me a envelope with 3 of my puppies baby teeth. Friendly and sincere. I'm still thinking what to do w the baby teeth. Thanks Hailey

I'm new to Redlands and have had to take my dog there twice already. Both the doctors I visited were really friendly and through with my dog and myself. On my second visit the doctor recommended an antibiotic for my dog. After telling him I preferred something natural he recommended a yogurt, which was a natural probiotic. This not only worked great for my dog, but also had me spend $30 less than i would have buying the antibiotic from them. Very clean office. I'm 45 yrs. old and have owned cats and dogs all my life. This is one of the cleanest pet hospitals I've ever seen. Brought my cat in to be seen for constipation issues. The Dr. and staff treated my cat very gently, compassionately, and competently. Also, I was not price gouged as other reviews indicate. And I did not wait long to be seen. The Vets and staff saved my pups life. She was poisoned and I rushed her in. They immediately took her back and worked to save her. A day later and she seems good as ever. I trust them with all my pets. =)
