I have had nothing but good experiences with this vet. The first time I went, I saw Dr. Seoud, and since he was so wonderful with my grumpy little chihuahua mix, we've been sure to see him every time since. Because of this, I can't speak to the other vet in the office. But what I can say about Dr. Seoud is that he is compassionate and loving with the animals. I had to bring my dog here to get X-Rays. And at first was confronted with a $700 bill. After talking to the Dr, he worked with me to work with my financial situation and I was able to walk out of the there with the information I needed for $200. Very friendly and helpful.

When I found out they were open 7 days a week, I was so relieved. My usual vet wasn't open so in desperation I came here. I was expecting this to be a one time visit but I've decided to make the switch permanent I still love my other vet but the sad truth is I can't always squeeze in a visit during the week so having this 7 day option takes so much pressure off

Our beautiful dog Moochie unfortunately became very ill on a Sunday. We were very pleased to learn that East Valley Pet Hospital is open seven days a week. The staff is wonderful. They were so caring and compassionate. The doctors were very courteous and highly competent. They kept us informed through every step in the course of treatment. A bit of driving to end of City of Redlands. Like other reviews, this place is neat and clean. the staff and vet are very friendly with our pet. Very little experiences with them, no complains. Will continue to use their services. :) Open 7 days a week definitely a plus!

I have been a customer here for two years now. I have two dogs of my own, and I also foster shelter dogs and strays, so you can imagine that I am here fairly frequently. I read the reviews and I was so sad to see the 1 star reviews. Dr Seoud and staff are wonderful. My kitty was very injured and they were very kind and loving. The DR really cared about my pet and I. Unfortunately kitty had to be put to sleep. I adopted two kitties and this is where I take them. Love the doctor and the staff.

I must say i was pretty happy with this place all around. Here's why: It was about a half hour till closing time, and I thought my little pug (well he's a little overweight, no big deal ;) ) might be bloated or could have possibly swallowed a small bone. Luckily they made the exception for me to come in 15 minutes before they closed! I dont know how many vets would do that but i am so thankful they did! I don't give out 5 stars easily, so this is a big deal. Seriously. I had an emergency with my dog on Monday morning, which required surgery. I didn't have time to think about where I was going to take him, and since we'd just moved to Riverside, I found one that had good reviews and was close to my house. They did the surgery and sent my dog home that afternoon with no pain meds, no cone around his head, and a gaping wound that they said would "heal in a few weeks"...Something didn't seem right about this, so on the re... read more
