This vet is amazing. My cat was in an extremely bad accident and was in excruciating pain. After Redlands emergency denied us due to not having money to pay up front or any insurance we called East Valley and the ladies here were amazing. They took care of my cat right away to make sure he was not hurting, they allowed us to take our time to say good bye to our beloved family pet. They worked with my family on the payment and allowed us to post date until we had money available. Their service, their care, and their compassio... read more

A pleasant surprise to discover 'East Valley Pet Hospital' during a somewhat stressful time with our pet dog 'FiFi'. For several days she has been showing symptoms of an ailing limb. While out of town, the symptoms got worse. So, we ask our daughter the name of her dogs vet. She called East Valley to make an appointment and it was suggested we bring FiFi in as soon as possible, since it was just after 9am and the hospital was not busy. Keep in mind, we've never been to this vet office in the past. I would have swore we had w... read more

This is the best vet I have been to. The convenience of emergency drop ins is a huge value. My dog tends to get injured on weekends so it's great to be able to get him into see the vet immediately. The vets have always been excellent, nice and explain everything about treatment. An estimate of costs is also given to you before the procedures which gives you peace of mind when paying for unexpected costs. Additionally I always get a call the next day checking in on my pooch which is great in case I have any follow up question... read more

The staff at this pet hospital are very friendly and helpful. When I had to euthanize both my beloved dogs down, one due to disease and one due to age, I choose this hospital. The doctors were so kind, down to earth and accommodating during this extremely difficult time. I found their pricing ok but still a bit pricey but I think most pet hospitals are pricey in this day and age. I had them cremated and they were both returned in a timely fashion and in a beautiful cedar box.

Even under the agonizing circumstances of having to euthanize my little guy Scooter, this vet was honest, down to earth, very economical and the staff was excellent. They seem to be a pet office you could go to and get the truth at a fair price rather than added missery for you pet and false hope under false pretenses at an inflated price. To anyone considering going to a vet for a life sustaining procedure, go here for the truth and what's best for your animal. It's hard enough ending your pets suffering without getting t... read more

I come here because it's close and convenient. The staff is always kind, and they have even prolonged the life of my 16 year chihuahua multiple times and I have dropped thousands of dollars there. I have two other dogs that are in good health. I take them for check ups and shots, an exam fee is roughly $35 but by the end of the day I can't leave the place without spending a solid $150 on things that I, ultimately, end up feeling were unnecessary. Don't allow yourself to be up sold like me!

I can not say enough about this Animal Hospital. I've never had to put down an animal my whole life until this past Friday. My cat of 12 years had diabetes and had a major sugar count in her blood of 453(normal 150) and I can not afford to do much right now seeing as I've moved in to a new place and am preparing to give birth to my son at the end of November. I felt absolutely horrible. My cat was/is my whole world. I grew up with her, and went through many of my toughest years with her by my side, and I couldn't afford to h... read more

The entire staff here is great. They really care about my dogs' health and know what they are doing. My dogs are a bit rowdy, but the front desk staff handle them as if they were their own and my dogs respond well to their handling style. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I always read reviews on places I go for my family and for my pets. My poor cat was showing signs of being very ill. I called and since this places has great late hours- I was able to get her in that evening. The facility is clean, friendly and very professional. The ladies in the front were very sweet and caring. They got us to a room quickly. The vet did some blood work and the next day and after lots of conversations and choices. We took her home and went head to schedule for her to be put down that to see her suffer furt... read more
