I can't say enough good things about East Valley Pet Hospital. The folks there from the receptionist, to the Doctor, treat you with kindness, courtesy, and true concern for your fur kid. They will tell you the best course of action, exactly what will be done, and exactly how much it will cost, No Surprises. We had the procedure done, and they actually called me, well before they said our furbaby should be ready, just so we didn't worry any longer than necessary. Who does that? Professional, compassionate, and caring. We have visited East Valley Pet Hospital many times over the past couple of months, including two separate visits to put two of our (elderly) cats to sleep. The doctors, techs, and support staff have always been excellent and considerate with us and our pets, and in all the interactions we've observed with other families. I went here a several days ago for the first time and I'm very pleased with the service and care they provided for my pet. They were very attentive and friendly. They even called the next day to see how my doggy was doing.

I would definitely recommend East Valley Pet Hospital, they are all very caring and professional. Kelly at the front desk is amazing, she knows me and my three dogs by their names. I brought my dogs in because they were coughing, and the next morning she did a follow up call to see how they were feeling. I have been here for shots, as well as DR visits, they definitely take good care of us.

I was pleased that although I did not have an appointment, because I was worried about my cat's medical condition, I was encouraged to come in and wait for an opening in the schedule, an opportunity I greatly appreciated!!! I waited about an hour, which was very reasonable for a non-appointment. Dr. Graham treated my cat Wonder very professionally, examining her thoroughly for the extreme constipation we suspected. Absolutely wonderful and caring people. They touched my heart. I unfortunately needed to have my poor little hamster put to sleep. They showed me nothing but kindness and understanding. They were so sweet and even though some may say she was "just a hamster", everyone here felt opposite and could tell it was hard for me. Loved my first experience here! The vet was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and friendly. The facility was clean and roomy. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Most importantly they got my little pup diagnosed, and sent on my way with medicine, and she's already showing signs of feeling better! Thanks all!

We took our 9 month old boxer in a few weeks ago because he was vomiting and not drinking water. After X-rays and a barium swallow, we were told he needed surgery. Turns out he swallowed some rope toys he got for Christmas and had a pretty bad obstruction. It was expensive, but we can't put a dollar amount on our beloved fur babies. Our pup got all the care he needed and is now doing really well. I hope we never have an emergency again...but if we do, I would come back. All vet care is pricy but I feel they are fair. They are very nice, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I take my precious babies there even after moving a littler farther away, they are worth it. They spend time with you and your pet to provide the best care possible. Highly recommend.
