I don't give out 5 stars easily, so this is a big deal. Seriously. I had an emergency with my dog on Monday morning, which required surgery. I didn't have time to think about where I was going to take him, and since we'd just moved to Riverside, I found one that had good reviews and was close to my house. They did the surgery and sent my dog home that afternoon with no pain meds, no cone around his head, and a gaping wound that they said would "heal in a few weeks"...Something didn't seem right about this, so on the re... read more

I wanted to thank Dr. Chauhan and his staff for the wonderful care my dog Kona received. I mostly want to thank Dr. Chauhan for all the compassion he showed me and my dog when I brought her in a few months ago for kidney failure. I had been unemployed for awhile and he was very understanding about making sure my bill wasn't too much for me. Awesome place! We love Dr. Seoul. He is very thorough (even got down in our Lab's mouth and smelled her breath), asks questions and is concientous of our overall goal with our elderly dog. Many treatment options given and we are not pressured into going the most expensive route. And, they give $15.00 off to new clients or 10% off total bill (which ever is more). Great staff, very, very caring and detailed.

My dog, Bristol, had an ear infection that had been infected for nearly 2 days. Taking my pet here was the best choice I made. With experience from another visit I had at another local vet, i felt it was time to make the switch. With no time wasted, Bristol was taken in. The place was very clean, I was impressed. I am so disappointed in this place. After moving, I needed a new vet for my epileptic dog and they had good reviews. My dog had started having breakthrough seizures in the 3 days leading up to the appointment, so I needed a medication change and wanted to request an epilepsy related test that hadn't been performed on her before. The Veterinarian was amazing, very clear and communicative. The receptionist was also very helpful. However, when I asked to see the total price for my two dogs before getting the lab work done I was shown one price, and I pointed to the price and asked to confirm that price and the vet tech said "yes that's correct." She had me sign two documents but did not show me the total price. When I went to pay, the price was double what I was shown because she said the number I saw was for only one of my dogs. I came in yesterday for a wellness exam on my bearded dragon, who had a respiratory illness, I simply wanted to confirm my bearded dragon was okay and get the antibiotics she needed. Before the appointment, she was active and eating normally, although she was sick it was in the early stages. Sadly, she passed away this morning. They didn't put enough liquid in my take home meds. They gave me the run around and wouldn't do it so I had to go in and they filled the bottle a little. This is after I spent $1700. I would suggest not going there. Plus, they are very expensive.
