Came in on a Sunday morning right when they opened at 9am for my cat Whiskey. She was showing signs of a bladder infection. The place was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Dr. Seoud helped us. He was very good with my cat. We were in and out within 40 minutes (not bad) I'll go back to this place again.

East valley pet hospital saved my dog Riley's life. I could never thank them enough but definitely wanted to share my incredible experience. My dog had become lethargic and increasingly weak. I brought him in and he was diagnosed with Addisons disease which 1 in 100 veterinarians catch. They quickly got to work administering the needed treatments to restore his health. I recently took my newly adopted dog there for her shots. They were very friendly and helpful. The prices we also a lot cheaper than I was planning on. They called the next day to check on how she was doing. I felt very welcomed. I am so glad that I picked this place. They will also be extending their hours which makes them so convenient for people that work 8-5.

Picked them because they're the only vet in town open Saturdays AND Sundays. What a huge convenience. The office is very clean and bright. Plenty of space for seating so all the dogs & cats aren't too crowded. The desk staff are fantastic. Very pleasant and professional, and quite gentle. Doc was great, too. Answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of info. We'd brought in a fecal sample for testing in the afternoon and he called us by 10 the next morning with the results. I definitely recommend EVPH, but like most other businesses, it is the people that work there that make the difference. Dr Seoud is that person. The reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that my first visit was not a good experience at all. I had an appt. but still had to wait over an hour before my kitty was seen. Because she was sick, I had to wait outside (in the heat) with no where to sit. Finally, when I did get in to see Dr. Chauhan, I was not impressed. I have had nothing but good experiences with this vet. The first time I went, I saw Dr. Seoud, and since he was so wonderful with my grumpy little chihuahua mix, we've been sure to see him every time since. Because of this, I can't speak to the other vet in the office. But what I can say about Dr. Seoud is that he is compassionate and loving with the animals. I had to bring my dog here to get X-Rays. And at first was confronted with a $700 bill. After talking to the Dr, he worked with me to work with my financial situation and I was able to walk out of the there with the information I needed for $200. Very friendly and helpful.

When I found out they were open 7 days a week, I was so relieved. My usual vet wasn't open so in desperation I came here. I was expecting this to be a one time visit but I've decided to make the switch permanent I still love my other vet but the sad truth is I can't always squeeze in a visit during the week so having this 7 day option takes so much pressure off

Our beautiful dog Moochie unfortunately became very ill on a Sunday. We were very pleased to learn that East Valley Pet Hospital is open seven days a week. The staff is wonderful. They were so caring and compassionate. The doctors were very courteous and highly competent. They kept us informed through every step in the course of treatment.
