This is an amazing hospital. I fuss over my fur babies just as much as my daughter. If the conversation ain't right then it's not a fit. I don't just settle. I'm glad I've found this place. I've been taking my dog here for years, and now wanted grow my family with a kitten. I will not take my pit bull anywhere else! I have seen discrimination against my dog at so many other places but we are always treated so well here. Such a nice and caring staff! It's a bit of a farther drive but the quality of care we receive make it worth it!
Took all my cats & dogs to this clinic and I've never had better care for my animals than I have here . All the staff are very kind and considerate people and I highly recommend them (:

i love the east valley pet hospital. workers are very helpfull n respectful.they took great care of my baby kali rain. she is a caine corso big and beautiful n she loves her visits there .great prices for great care for the ones we love.

First impression is not great. The waiting area is dirty with pet hair in all the corners and has a slight smell. We were at the location for almost 2 hours to just have an exam and shots and anal glands. That should take an hour or less. Was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork which we did in 5 min and then sat for 45 minutes waiting to be taken into an exam room. The reception staff was nice and the vet seemed nice. Was surprised she wasn't more welcoming for our first visit. We will see how they are on... read more

Kiersten, I'm upset that you did not have a great first visit to our clinic. Waiting for an extended time when you have a scheduled appointment is not acceptable. Please accept my apologies. We work hard to keep our clinic clean and sanitized throughout the day. I've had nothing but positive interactions with east valley. Long story short, I had to put my 13 year old dog down. I couldn't bring myself to go in with him so my boyfriend took him in. They let him sit with my dog as long as he wanted and never pressured him for the room or payment. Today I received a condolence card from them. Special thank you to Dr Graham and Kelli at the front desk. Y'all are a classy bunch of people.
I scheduled an appointment for my Yorkie yesterday due to what I thought was an eye infection. This morning while outside, he received a puncture wound on his forehead. As soon as East Valley opened, I called to make sure that they could see him for this puncture wound as well as the eye infection. They were very understanding. Upon arrival, my little had had peed in his crate and the assistant was so helpful, getting me towels and Clorox wipes. The staff have all been amazing. My cat got poked in the eye some how. I've been here once a week for 4 weeks now and they are so polite, helpful and considerate. Today, my cat was taken in for our weekly appointment which happened to also be my grandmas funeral date. The staff took care of my cat quickly knowing I had a time sensitive situation.
