First impression was good.The office was clean, the front desk and nurses were spectacular, especially when it was time to do my dog's temperature. However, not a fan of the actual Dr. She never introduced herself to me. She went straight to checking my dog, then walked right out. I have taken all of my dogs here for many years. Followed Dr. Graham from Calimesa. I have always appreciated all of the vets and techs, including the front office staff. They are seeing their numbers grow and especially during the COVID pandemic, they have had everything set up to give the clients and staff the healthiest environment, stayed open to accommodate their clients while still providing our pets with loving care. I along with other family members had taken our pets to Calimesa Vet Hospital for approx 10 plus years . We as a family established a close relationship with Dr. Dana Graham. Her love for her job was felt by us all immediately . Dr Graham would get on the floor to speak to our pets she listened with an open heart and mind to our fears and concerns she went above and beyond to reassure us we completely understood the treatment plan . Dr. Graham is a jewel. She makes you feel like you are the only one in the world when she talks to you and gives you her full attention. However, the skinny receptionist is another story. I'm sorry but there's just something wrong here. I think she needs a very long vacation. I had taken my little heart-patient dog here several times before we had an incident. This is an amazing hospital. I fuss over my fur babies just as much as my daughter. If the conversation ain't right then it's not a fit. I don't just settle. I'm glad I've found this place. I've been taking my dog here for years, and now wanted grow my family with a kitten. I will not take my pit bull anywhere else! I have seen discrimination against my dog at so many other places but we are always treated so well here. Such a nice and caring staff! It's a bit of a farther drive but the quality of care we receive make it worth it!
Took all my cats & dogs to this clinic and I've never had better care for my animals than I have here . All the staff are very kind and considerate people and I highly recommend them (:

i love the east valley pet hospital. workers are very helpfull n respectful.they took great care of my baby kali rain. she is a caine corso big and beautiful n she loves her visits there .great prices for great care for the ones we love.
