I took a litter of new puppies in for wellness check ups and first shots. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The vet we seen was professional and thorough, she even called the next day to follow up with results. I am very happy with the service provided and I will use them in the future.
Thus far, we are quite happy with East Valley. Abel--our Shih-Tzu--loves them. He, unfortunately, has oral melanoma and this has a low rate of survival. East Valley has been excellent about check-ups and even called the other day during a holiday to see how he is doing. The hospital itself is very clean, has ample seating, and even a resident cat! We have always taken our dogs to East Valley for quite some time and have always been happy with the care they have been given. Now we have a three year old Havanese that we have taken to E.V. since a puppy and the Doctors and staff have always taken good care of our dog and kept us well informed of his health and followed up informing us of his lab results.
Solid pet hospital. Haven't had any issues with them. They gave me a little puppy package when I first brought my little guy in and have been reliable in all my pet needs.
Loving hospital where you can see they really do care for animals. Great atmosphere, great staff and Doctors. Highly recommended!

We had the best experience of any vet I have ever been to. Our dog had a bowel obstruction which was very scary for us. After being at an emergency vet the day prior and being given a grim outcome, East Valley Pet Hospital was our saving grace! Cassandra and the team were so informative, got our dog in STAT and communicated with us throughout the entire process. For such an unfortunate situation they gave us a better outcome than we could have imagined and made the process as easy as they could. The incision is hardly notice... read more

took my dog in for an ear infection. the place was very clean and well run. the vet was amazing and now my dog is feeling much better
Dr Graham and Dr Scot both seemed great. Kayla at the front desk is fantastic. I'm not sure how I feel about this place. After around $3200, I decided to continue care at home. No one ever called to see how my dog is doing, or if I wanted to have any follow up testing done. By the way, my dog got into her treats bag and became very ill, lethargic, vomiting, etc. (that was why she was being seen.)
