Haven't been here in about a month but after having a disappointing experience at Yucaipa Animal Hospital, I want to sincerely thank the staff and Vets here for being personable, friendly, great at communicating and exploring options with a team oriented approach making owners feel valued and respected and our animals loved just the same. HIGHLY recommend this place. I definitely plan on taking our new fur family member here

I love this place. I was able to get a same day appointment and they took such great care of my baby puppy. The customer service from everyone along the appointment was great. I will definitely make this my place.

We've been taking our dogs here for years and we absolutely love Dr. Graham. I have one dog who is terribly anxious and can be a bit nippy. Dr. Graham is the only vet we have had that my grumpy dog likes! Also, the office staff is kind and very well organized. A few years ago we had to put one of our dogs down suddenly. They stayed open after hours for us so we could wait for a family member to drive into town to say her goodbyes. I could not recommend this office more! They're fantastic.

Very pleased with the direct, albeit not good, prognosis. The appointment process was easy, admitted to meet the doctor within appropriate time, staff pleasant and professional. Most importantly for those of us who spend more money on their pet's healthcare than their own, I am grateful that the doc gave me the plain truth without upselling treatments that I concluded would not likely improve my dog's wellbeing. I can't thank Dr. Graham and the staff at East Valley enough. It's very hard to get into vets nowadays, but they were able to get us right in. My beloved "furbaby" Mulisha was diagnosed as having heart failure. The right side of his heart is very very enlarged, and fluid had built up in his lungs. I was absolutely heartbroken as he has been my companion since I was a teenager and has seen me through some really tough times. We are new to Mentone and hoping for a local vet for our dog and Kat. Honey, our little dog was having a new health concern so I scheduled an appointment. The phone /front office staff were professional, patient, friendly and kind. The vet tech provided the same caliber of care for my dog and I. Dr Graham was an answer to prayer. Very friendly and courteous. Clean. My dog came out of over night surgery and we needed a safe and clean place for her to recover in. They took really good care of her and there pricing is very reasonable. I am making this her regular vet from now on.

First impression was good.The office was clean, the front desk and nurses were spectacular, especially when it was time to do my dog's temperature. However, not a fan of the actual Dr. She never introduced herself to me. She went straight to checking my dog, then walked right out. I have taken all of my dogs here for many years. Followed Dr. Graham from Calimesa. I have always appreciated all of the vets and techs, including the front office staff. They are seeing their numbers grow and especially during the COVID pandemic, they have had everything set up to give the clients and staff the healthiest environment, stayed open to accommodate their clients while still providing our pets with loving care.
