Took our Jerico for a second opinion regarding a growth on his nose. The doctor and facility were wonderful. The cost for surgery wasn't ridiculous and we have our happy fur baby back. Thank you so much guys. You are our new vet for sure!

Not a big fan. I only gave three stars because the Verterinarian was very good to us when we had to put our dog of 15 years down last year. We stopped going to them after they wrapped our pups broken toe too tight and had numerous problems with it. We changed vets and are thankful we did. East Valley Pet Hospital is very expensive compared to other places that we have found. Most of the people at East Valley are nice but there is a young lady at the front desk that is very rude. I took my pug here after going to another Vet and felt like they were ripping me off. My dog had many mast cell tumors that needed to be removed. This Vet came back $800 lower than the previous "quote" I had received. From the moment we walked in they made us feel comfortable and truly cared about my pet. East Valley Pet Hospital could only be better if they helped humans and I could be their patient. Everyone here truly cares about each pet and realizes the human animal bond that occurs when a pet is a family member. Much more, their compassion when an animal is sick or hurting extends not only to the animal, but to the human family members as well. This is just an addition to my previous review. I noticed all the bad reviews from a couple of years ago. To be fair, the front desk staff were very rude. But I complained to the main doctor and owner. The front staff completely changed over to new people. So, this part of the experience has greatly improved.

Life savers!! Literally..Both my dog and cat have had scary semi-emergency situations and both needed surgery. The vets here are amazing and so is the staff. I was in tears both times and my pets and I have been treated with so much compassion. Yes they can be expensive but please remember they are a vet HOSPITAL. You are paying to ensure your babies will be healthy and live a long life and be given the best care possible. I can't imagine letting my babies go under the knife with anyone else. Bought my old terrier in today, and they were very pleasant and caring staff. I was pleased with the quote I received for the surgery. I would highly recommend to go there for any emergencies.

They are always very nice to my dog even though she has an attitude problem towards the vet office lol. Dr. Graham and the assistants are great.

My cat Buddy is gone in kitty heaven and you people did do nothing to help him. You have these reviews how u help people and their animals but obviously only friends of staff. At least that's the way I see it. My son my cat Buddy and I waited all day to be seen had a blocked bladder. At 400 a fter four hours waiting they tell me it's too late to help him go to E R IN GRAND TERRACE THEY ARE CLOSING BESIDE HE PROBABLY WONT M AKE IT EVEN IF YOU TAKE HIM THERE.
