The great thing about El Dorado is that you can literally get into an elevator (when they’re working) and be dropped right into the action directly from your hotel room. Breakfast & coffee are right outside the elevator. A short walk and you’re in Silver Legacy, then Circus Circus, all without stepping outside. We loved our 700 sq ft room with a hot tub. The elevator door made loud squeaking noises that we could hear from our room. During dinner hour, only 1 elevator was working, and we had to wait 5 minutes to be pic... read more

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean and the hotel was in a great location for places I was going. The staff was really nice and everything I needed was available during my stay. I would recommend this place for a Reno visit.

Check in started out to be difficult because even though I had a confirmation from Hotels.com - the property did not have my reservation in their system. Alana was extremely professional and helpful, and succeeded in getting us a room. El Dorado performed amazingly! Hotels.com fell down on the job. :-(

When we first checked in the first room that we got, it was hot in the room like there was hardly any air blowing out and it wasn’t even cold so the next day I go and I switch rooms the air in that room wasn’t much better.
