I would stay here again. The attention to detail from the wireless phone charger to the coffee setup were on point.

Decent property. Like the shows and the staff. It is a little outdated and worn. Don’t like getting a price on Expedia then having to pay extra resort fees. Put fees upfront.
Everything was great, food, service, rooms, staff. The only thing frustrating was the elevators. We were on level 22 and sometimes it would go to 20 and reset and we would have to go down again. Other than that we loved it.
Enjoyed our stay as we always do. Staff is wonderful

The Air filter is not so good and triggered my allergy
The Eldorado has a perfect Central downtown location by the train station and bus transportation to all other parts of Reno. The property has a very nice vibe to it it's well kept seem to have very nice customers inside and the staff was nice.. the room was very nice especially for the price

Good location in heart of downtown. Valet service was great. No microphone but would have been nice.
