Staff was great, stay in room was below par. Room was small and view was not good. The sinks did not drain or drained very slow. Pictures on the internet did not match with the room we were given. The choices of places to eat. I think it was a good idea to have three different Casinos connected for more choices.

It would’ve been great if the AC worked properly. Despite having the AC set to cool, the room was warmer than the hallway and made for an uncomfortable stay. Location, being in The Row. I tried the other 2 locations already and decided to try the Eldorado.

Pleasant Room service not that good food was very cold when it arrived with no way to reheat it

Good Room was old and tired. Shower in tub was not handicapped. It was a handicapped room. Good location. Beds and pillows were awesome
