El Dorado always kept their hotel rooms clean. Parking was free and convenient. Front desk (Dennis) was helpful but needs to be attentive instead of being on their phone. He kept checking his phone (texting) while helping us. just provide customer service

Bad showers clean hotel tho Showers are horrible. Hotel very clean though. Everyone very kind and hlepful.
Seemed to have excessive dust in the air in the room(needs filter cleaning) but bed exceptionally comfy

want to say JT at the reception deck today was a huge help I had 9 rooms to take care of and he was so polite friendly and very helpful. JT was a pleasure to work with.
