Everyone was professional and helpful. Housekeeping and our desk associate were splendid.
They did overbook our room, but the manager made it right. The rest of the visit was great.
They will put you in a room different then your reservation if overbooked. A few of the staff members saved the day. Because of Redro at the desk I'll stay with El Dorado again.

Staff is super nice. Shower could use more pressure. No microwave is a downside. I like that there’s casino in same building

Our hotel stay wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Our a.c. in our room didn't work the first day and had to have maintenance come and fix it. It was around 80 degrees outside and the lobby and casino floors had the heater on high. It was so hot inside, me me want to go somewhere else to drink and gamble. Our room was the small suite with the jacuzzi tub in the center of the room. We liked it but wished the water stayed warm for longer. We had to keep the hot water running the whole time we were in it to keep the water warm.... read more
