The hotel and casino were uncomfortably hot. Also the room we stayed was uncomfortably hot. We set the thermostat to 60 degrees and when we came back to our room hours later it was still hot. A plus was the bed was very comfortable and the Sushi Restaurant at the hotel was very good.

My overall experience was nice. My room was clean, but a bit dated. The shower could have been warmer. The staff were great. I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Reno.
Very nice rooms
When we checked in they upgraded our room for free to a King Suite at no extra charge. That room was awesome. It rents for much more than we booked. Thanks for the upgrade!!!

Issues with our shower but the staff was very efficient and fixed it right away.
