Great room at a great price centrally located in downtown reno. We got an extra large room with a king bed and sofa in it with a view of the mountain and part of the city.

Our stay was fine. The room was sufficient. The bathroom towels could be better quality. There was a sign by the elevator that said it was a non smoking floor, however we smelled smoke in the hallway. Our room did not smell at all. Check in and out was perfect. The elevators are a bit old and slow.

My room was very comfortable and clean. And every hotel employee I spoke to was professional and kind. I was there for a conference and not to gamble and the venue met my expectations.

The room, the bed, the staff was wonderful, however finding food at 11:30 in the morning was impossible. Nothing was open No one was open. We kept on being told to try over there or go down there
