The rooms were uncomfortable. The bed was to soft and the temperature in the room was horrible!! Only cooled down after 3 am.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and comfortable. Wish the restaurants had been open for breakfast everyday.

Prices were less expensive, property was clean, room was nice...what else can you ask for...some of the businesses/restaurants inside hours the hotel weren't the greatest...

Our stay had both positives and some significant issues. Parking garage: only 2 of 3 elevators were working, causing long waits. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest issue was the hotel elevators. For most of our 3-night stay, only 2 of 6 were working. On checkout day, we waited 15 minutes on the 14th floor. When I called the front desk, I was told only 1 elevator was operational. We could also hear what sounded like someone stuck in an elevator.
