Eleras Group sent me a letter saying my automobile warranty had expired. This is false advertising!!! I own a 2020 Audi Q8 which has 18 months left on the original factory warranty. This Company should not be allowed to remain in business!!!!! I am 70 years old, I don't appreciate their attempting to sell me something I don't need.

HORRIBLE AF! Found out this company is a scam. Whatever you do don't do any business with them & call to dispute any payment you gave them. They will keep harassing you for you payments and they stop contacting me. Please dont fall for anything they say. Check with your dealership regarding them. Lying stating they do business with Eldorado chevy COMPETLEY LIARS!

If you ain't a trained WWE fighter, you will be after wrestling with these folks over the phone because ****. You come up better fighting a **** psych patient with dementia because these folks are just like them. Looking at these comments, and google reviews, they're lying to everyone saying they're part of a certain car brand when really it's a 3rd party system. Horrible liars!!! I had this company for a few months. I decided to cancel and go with a different company. I called Elaras they assured I would get the balance of my monies I had already paid after pro-rating. I was told it would take 60 business days to go thru the process. That was October 25, 2022 and today is March 11, 2023. I keep getting the run around each time I call. I'm not sure the balance I am owed . I'm thinking at least one thousand dollars at minimum! I am a widow and desperately need your help in this matter... read more

SCAM Stay far away from this company! Turn around and run. I’m assisting my elderly parents who were paying $308.00 per MONTH for a car they got rid of two years ago! They thought they were going to lose their coverage,

This is the by far the worst company I have ever came across… Fake dealership post card with FALSE INFO and failed to tell me it’s 149.00 a month after realizing that once I received my package. They made it sound like it’s a one time payment. When I called customer service to cancel and told him what had happened he made it sound like it was my fault for not realizing t wasn’t a one time payment if it sounded to good to be true… If they can’t be up front with you IT’S A RED FLAG!!!! Postcard mailers designed to look like it came from Toyota so the owners will believe that they are going to loose their already paid for service contract will become null and void if you don't respond to the postcard.
