SCAMMMMMM , this is a scam company and they have scammed my grandparents for the last time. False sales tactics to get credit card. A salesman called said they are they are ***** and forced my grandparents to buy an extended warranty that they didn't needed said they work at the dealership and will always be there for them. they are the scum of the earth and need to be stopped

My son bought his first new car in January of 2023. I was with him when the finance manager sold him a ***** extended warranty at the time of purchase. In August, he got a bill from this 3rd party outfit, stating he owed $184 for a service contract. Thinking this was some type of activation charge, he paid it. This company has sent me letters stating :Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. Please delete the one star that I had to enter to leave this review!These are scammers sending out misleading marketing mail about providing service warranties. They specifically format the pitch to appear as though they are affiliated with, or actually are the ********************** and I'm sure many other auto industry companies. They have my mailing address - how is that legal?This is mail fraud, and these clowns need to be prosecuted.

I received a letter in the mail owners received a letter in the mail from "vehicle services division" that said "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED." I receive mailers for vehicle protection plans and the company name is no where in the letter or the envelope. I called to find out who they are and ***** at Eleras said yes it was. I told him I was looking at the letter and it did not. He said he is the only working there and has been for a long time so he knows he's right.After insulting me he still wanted my vin #.Unscrupulous to not have a company name and address on solicitations.

I am being harassed by this company! They have sent me postal mail about my Lexus stating my service contract is not activated. I called Lexus and they said my platinum service contract is activated with Lexus and to just ignore mail coming from Eleras Group ** license #********* do not know how ********************** got my address and info on my car. They need to STOP sending me mail constantly! Its harassment!
